The journey to the room was quite challenging due to the many stairs. I found the pool to be disappointingly small compared to expectations. Additionally, the extra charge for room changes left a sour taste.

the stairs were so slippery, it was basically a disaster waiting to happen. and don't even get me started on the pool, which was tiny, especially for a so-called luxury hotel. almost gave a good review, but after the extra charge to get my room changed? not a chance.
